适用范围：Cueyes Co., Limited（香港）运营的 MangoAgent Facebook/Messenger 应用，应用编号 1790738545309970。Cueyes Co., Limited 负责本应用的运营及相关数据处理。

Scope: the MangoAgent Facebook/Messenger app (ID 1790738545309970), operated by Cueyes Co., Limited, Hong Kong. Cueyes Co., Limited is responsible for operating this app and processing the related data.

1. 服务范围 / Service

MangoAgent 由Cueyes Co., Limited运营，为企业提供客服工作区。企业可使用可用的渠道、会话管理、知识库、AI 辅助和人工接管功能。实际可用功能以工作区配置、订阅及第三方平台授权为准。

MangoAgent, operated by Cueyes Co., Limited, provides business customer-support workspaces. Available features depend on the workspace configuration, subscription and social-platform permissions.

2. 账号与授权 / Accounts and authorization

企业应只接入自己拥有或有权管理的账号，并负责工作区成员、权限配置、知识库及客服内容。企业应告知相关客户其客服数据的处理方式，并取得适用的数据处理授权。上述 Meta 开发者应用由 Cueyes Co., Limited 持有；各企业独立授权自己的社交账号。

Businesses must have authority to connect their accounts and manage workspace access, knowledge sources and support content. Businesses are responsible for appropriate customer notices and data-processing authorization. The Meta developer app identified above is owned by Cueyes Co., Limited. Each business independently authorizes its social accounts.

3. 合理使用与平台规则 / Permitted use

不得利用服务发送违法内容、垃圾信息、未获授权的营销消息，或规避社交平台的权限、地区、消息类型和回复时限限制。渠道功能受 Meta 的审核、政策、接口状态和账户资格影响；授权被撤销或接口不可用时，相关渠道可能暂停工作。

Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam or unauthorized marketing, or to evade social-platform restrictions. Integrations depend on platform review, policies, availability and account eligibility.

4. AI 与人工处理 / AI and human review

启用 AI 功能可能向所选模型服务发送相关会话和知识库内容，详见隐私政策。AI 输出可能有错误；企业应配置审核和人工接管流程。报价、库存、履约或其他对外承诺应由有权人员确认。

Enabled AI features may send relevant support data to the selected model provider. AI output can be incorrect. Businesses should configure review and human handover and have an authorized person confirm commercial commitments.

5. 费用与账单 / Fees and billing

订阅、AI 用量、充值及其他付费服务，以订购时展示的方案、价格、计费规则或双方单独约定为准。退款与账单问题可联系cueyes.com@gmail.com，按适用的订购条款和法律要求处理。本页面本身不发起扣费。

Paid services follow the plan, pricing and billing rules displayed at purchase or separately agreed. Contact cueyes.com@gmail.com about billing and refunds; applicable purchase terms and legal requirements apply.

6. 停用、数据与支持 / Disconnection and support

企业可撤销社交授权、调整工作区成员或联系支持申请停用服务。撤销授权与删除历史数据是不同操作。管理员及相关客户的数据请求按隐私政策和数据删除说明核实与处理。

Businesses may revoke social authorization, manage members or request service closure. Disconnection and historical-data deletion are separate actions. Data requests follow the privacy policy and deletion instructions.
