Data deletion instructions

1. 移除社交授权 / Revoke social access

账号所有者可在 Facebook/Meta 的已授权应用或业务集成设置中移除上述 MangoAgent 应用的访问权限。企业管理员也可在 Mango 工作区的渠道设置中管理已接入渠道。撤销授权会阻止继续使用该授权，不会自动删除此前保存的记录。

Remove the MangoAgent app identified above from Facebook/Meta's authorized-app or business-integration settings to revoke access. Workspace administrators can manage connected channels in Mango. Revocation does not automatically delete stored records.

2. 提交删除请求 / Request deletion

请向cueyes.com@gmail.com发送主题为「Mango 数据删除请求」的邮件。提供工作区名称或编号、企业公共主页或账号、涉及的平台、约略联系时间及希望删除的数据范围。工作区管理员可申请删除其有权管理的渠道、联系人、会话或工作区；相关客户也可向对应企业或本邮箱请求删除其个人信息。

Email cueyes.com@gmail.com with the subject “Mango data deletion request”. Include the workspace name or ID, business Page/account, platform, approximate contact time and data scope. Administrators may request deletion within their authority; customers may contact the relevant business or our support address.

3. 核实与处理 / Verification and processing

收到请求后，我们会核实请求人的身份、权限及记录所属企业。核实后按请求范围检查会话、联系人、附件、渠道凭据和相关事件接收记录，并核对单独保存的备份或其他记录。若因适用要求需要保留特定内容，会说明保留原因及安排。

处理进度、预计完成安排、已删除范围以及仍需单独处理的记录，通过受理邮箱回复。普通邮件中不要发送登录密码、授权令牌或完整身份证件；若需额外核实，会另行说明所需的最少信息。

We verify the requester and workspace authority, then assess the relevant conversations, contacts, attachments, channel credentials, delivery receipts and separately retained copies. We communicate progress, completion arrangements, deleted scope and any remaining retention grounds by email. Do not send passwords, tokens or full identity documents.

4. 当前方式与运营主体 / Current process and operator

当前使用上述人工核实及邮件处理流程。自动化社交平台数据删除回调未启用。数据处理与保存方式详见隐私政策。
